The Short Version

What Data Is Stored

The App stores the following data locally on your iPhone:

• Habit configurations (names, units, targets, colors)
• Daily log entries (date, value, optional notes)
• App preferences (theme, onboarding status, consent records)

This data is stored using iOS on-device storage (UserDefaults). It never leaves your device.

What We Don't Collect

• No personal information (name, email, phone, location)
• No usage analytics or crash reports
• No advertising identifiers
• No cookies or tracking pixels
• No data is transmitted to any server

Third-Party Services

None. The App contains no third-party SDKs, analytics tools, ad networks, or cloud services.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

• Access your data: visible directly in the app at any time
• Export your data: via Settings → Data Management → Export (JSON or CSV)
• Delete your data: via Settings → Data Management → Clear All Data
• Rectify your data: edit any entry by tapping it in the app

Since all data is stored exclusively on your device, exercising these rights requires no request to us — you have full control.

Data Retention

Your data persists on your device until you delete it within the app or uninstall the app. Uninstalling permanently removes all data.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect data from children under 16. Since no personal information is collected from any user, the App is compliant with COPPA and GDPR age requirements.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated date.
