By accessing or using MyHabitStats, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

MyHabitStats is a personal habit-tracking application for iOS. It allows you to log daily activities, visualize your progress through heatmap grids and charts, and manage your personal data — all stored locally on your device.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all data you enter into the App
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data using the export feature
• You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App

Data and Privacy

• All data is stored locally on your device
• We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your data

Intellectual Property

MyHabitStats, including its design, code, and visual assets, is the intellectual property of its developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional premium features via in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss.

Data Loss

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, iOS updates, app deletion, or any other cause. We recommend regularly exporting your data using the built-in export feature.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The latest version will always be available at this page.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles.
